KENNY CALDWELL
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Kenny founded Caldwell Solicitors in December 2017 as one of the very few genuinely specialist construction law legal practices in Northern Ireland.
Prior to establishing Caldwell Solicitors, Kenny spent his formative years working in his family’s steelwork, ducting and ventilation business before training as a solicitor with a leading international commercial law firm in Dublin. Kenny qualified as a solicitor in 2010 working in their construction and projects department before moving to Belfast and spending three years with one of Northern Ireland’s leading law firms developing and growing their practice in the same field.
More recently, Kenny has gained extensive industry experience as a consultant in a specialist construction and procurement practice. Kenny retains practising certificates in Northern Ireland and England & Wales. Kenny is also trained as an Adjudicator and holds an RICS DipAdj. Kenny is available for appointments to act as Adjudicator on appointment by the parties. Kenny has extensive experience in construction adjudication and dispute resolution having acted as representative and advocate in multiple adjudications and ADR processes.
A logical, practical thinker with industry awareness and a skilled legal mind, Kenny has an ability to cultivate relationships with clients and colleagues alike, thinking commercially and with a view to resolving any issue which may arise in a constructive and commercially astute manner.
